*VAT applied will be 20% of the Fees*.

*** Disbursements are charges payable in addition to our fees, normally to a third party. They can include fees payable to barristers, search providers and travel costs. The amount charged for the disbursements depends upon several variables, therefore, we will advise you of the correct charges when we have an initial consultation to ascertain all the facts .

Person Responsible for your Matter

Your matter will be undertaken by our Directors and will be assisted by a Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal.

Our Fees includes

Initial conference with client in order to assess the matter at hand
Advise the client on the next steps
Advise the client on the immigration rules and guidance and requirements.
Review supporting documents
Support in gathering further documents/evidence required for the application
Engaging with third parties nominated by the client
Prepare required documents and application
Set up the appointment for submission
Provide assistance on updates and further submissions
Advise on the outcome of the application and the next steps

Our Fees excludes

Any Home Office Fees for making the application.
Other expenses such as Barrister payments etc
In the stance of refusal form the Home Office further appeals and submissions

Timescale for the Application

Approximately an application requires on average 16 to 18 hours to complete. However, this entirely depends on the individual circumstances of the matter and the client.

If the client is unable to provide us with all required information as per the initial discussion, then we will not be able to meet with the applicable timeline as per the Immigration Rules.
