  • Complete all required transfers and payments 
  • Pay the require Stamp Duty/Land Tax
  • Deal with application for registration at Land Registry
  • Reply to Requisitions
  • Update client on the progress of the registration

Our Fees excludes

  • Stamp Duty  Land Tax
  • Land Registry Registration Charges
  • Company House Charges


Disbursements costs related to the matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees which has been as detailed above and will be made on your behalf in order to ensure a smooth process.  

Timescale for the Application

The precise stages involved in the purchase of a residential property vary according to the circumstances.


The average process takes between 8-12 weeks. This timeline might extend depending on the parties involved such as Lenders, Landlord etc.
